Port Crescent State Park is located at the tip of Michigan's "thumb" along three miles of sandy shoreline on Lake Huron's Saginaw Bay near Port Austin. It is home to a dark sky preserve, a modern campground with waterfront views, rental cabins and rental domes. It also offers visitors ample opportunities for fishing, canoeing, hiking, cross-country skiing, birding and hunting. In addition, a wooden boardwalk parallels the shoreline offering scenic vistas of Saginaw Bay.

Cabins (7 total sites)
There are a total of 4 different cabin options at Port Crescent State Park: full amenity, electric-only, rustic camper cabin, and a mini cabin. Descriptions for each are found below:
Full Amenity Cabin (Cottage): Glamping taken to the next level! Enjoy a full kitchen to cook meals and the luxury of having your own private bathroom in the cabin. This cabin offers two bedrooms, one room with a queen bed, and the other room with a set of bunk beds that has a double base and single top. There is a futon and dining table in the common area, and screened-in front porch to take in those beautiful views of Lake Huron!
Electric-Only Cabin: Amenities include one set of bunk beds and one queen bed in the back bedroom, and a futon in the living room. These units sleep up to 6 persons. In the common area, you will find a dining space and mini kitchenette supplied with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Please bring your own cooking essentials. Each cabin site has a picnic table and fire grill/pit combo to give you that outdoor camping experience! These rentals are electric-only, providing heating and cooling, but no running water. The campground's restroom facilities are a short distance away. All cabins have a screened-in front porch and patio furniture allowing visitors to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature and Lake Huron.
Rustic Camper Cabin: furnished in a traditional cabin style, with a common area that has a futon and dining set, and two separate bunk rooms. Sleeps up to 6 persons.
Mini Cabin: a walk-in, "wooden tent" that accommodates up to 4 persons. Take in the lake views from the front porch and enjoy evenings by the campfire.

Geodesic Domes (2 total sites)
These very unique, environment-friendly rentals will soon be a visitor favorite! Each dome site offers an outdoor camping experience with a picnic table and fire grill/pit combo. Book Voyager (Grey Dome) with more modern furnishings, or Nomad (Gold Dome) for a boho experience. Walk inside to a comfortable setting with spruce paneling, skylights, and windows looking out to Lake Huron and the campground. Domes come with a queen bed, siting area, and mini kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. No running water, but the campground's restroom facilities are a short distance away.
2-night minimum stay.
